Not able to log?
Hi all.
I just got myself GW free trial, to see how it is. Really looking forward to GW2, so wanted to try GW first a bit. So, my problem. I made the account yesterday. In my account information, seems, all is good. Says Trial account, etc. I managed to log yesterday, but had no time to play. But today, I just cant log on. I tried changing my password, everything, but cant log. Launcher just says "We dont recognize your account login information". Any advice? |

Well, check your login credentials. Did you create a character yesterday?

name has to be 100% sure ...or you will have to send in a ticket to support and ask for info on name retrieval
